Tractor
Kubota L 3130
Hi All,
Just bought a new Tractor, not yet delivered though. I found a dumptruck load of info from you PEOPLE. THANKS!!!!!
I ordered the LA723 loader, quick attach with the H.D. bucket.
also 84" scraper, and Woods BH9000.
Still deciding on a 6' blower, either the Woods SS74 or Puma-74. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Thanks again for the information. Jamie

So why did you go with the Woods BH9000 (Groundbreaker?) instead of the Kubota BH90? Your machine is the exact same setup as I'm considering (well, minus the blower and blade). I'm just not sure which backhoe to get - neither Kubota dealer I know sells Woods, so that may be the deciding factor, but I'd like to know what your thought process was after looking at both units.

Oh, and I'm looking forward to seeing a bunch of pictures, too. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

well I have a BH90 backhoe and have no problems so far, But some guys say thay have bent the dipper cylinder, Not sure how, But that is why some guys stay away. I really like the way the BH90 works. Either way you can't go wrong. I think the woods is a little cheaper, But I don't know for sure.

JamieG Did you get a cab on yours? I got a soft cab on mine due to our New England cold snowy winters. I did get cab only heat, No A/C. Here is a picture. You will love this tractor. have fun! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Jamie,
I hope you bought the sub-frame assy. with the loader for the backhoe. The BH9000 is big for the L3130. From a sales standpoint I would have tried to sell you on the BH7500. It doesn't have the reach, but fits the tractor better. With the BH9000 you're adding approximately 1910 pounds to a tractor that weighs 4600 lbs. with the loader. You may want to consider the PTO pump with the backhoe. JamieG

Hi all,
Fightin with my camera and downloading pics to the computer.
Engineering and beef and used the exact setup once, was the reason for the BH9000. Didn't get the cab due to height restrictions at my (Tractor-port). Can't wait to work it here and @ camp. The Other-Half says " Boys and their Toys" /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
