Kioti CK30 FEL
Hi to all. I have been lurking for some time on the TBN collecting information for my eventual tractor purchase. I finally pulled the trigger on a new CK30 w/fel. I think that the Kioti offers the most bang for the buck of any tractor out there. I plan on using it to maintain .6 miles of private road leading up to my house and keeping a 2 acre field mowed. In addition to that I am the director of a Southern Baptist Disaster Relief team and I am going to use it on our missions. I am going to tow the tractor on a 15ft. car trailer with our bucket truck that we use for high tree work. The only implement I have at this time is a 5ft. brush cutter and a grader blade. I also plan on cutting some atv trails in the woods behind my property so the grands can ride them instead of digging up my grass.LOL I am sure I will have questions for time to time and will offer my help when I can. At this time I am wondering about the emergency shut down on my tractor or I should say the lack of one. My manual shows it but my tractor does not have one. Has this control been dropped from the Kioti and the manuals just don't reflect that yet? My manual was printed in 2007. Thanks

Welcome to the Pack! I cannot answer your question about the fuel shut off though, my 06 CK20HST has a pull-type knob on the dash for an emergency shut-off.

Welcome to the pack:)
My 30 does not have a cut-off control either.
I truly have not had a reason to use one.
Having said that, and the way my luck goes, I'll probably need one the next time I fire her up:p
Again, welcome to the pack.
Tom

Bob congrats.on your new Kioti tractor. The only concern I have is towing it on a 15ft. trailer..IMHO I do not think that is enough trailer to haul your new tractor. How much weight are your trailer axles rated for?Take care, coobie.

My ck30 has one. Linkage likes to get caught and kill the tractor. Till I fixed it.

The trailer was donated to disaster relief and it is supposed to have 2-3500# axles with brakes on one axle. It will haul it but it does not have any room to spare. "Beggars can't be choosers".
