new motor needed

I have a 1977 CASE 220 with mower deck and snow thrower. The tractor has the original 10 hp Kolher tractor that needs replaced. I was looking for any sugestions or help.

A second on Tulsa. I have a 18HP briggs that is ancient, they have had everything I needed for it, even a NEW not rebuilt carb.
