****, I am new to the whole tractor scene. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran who is trying to figure out how to keep up with my place given the limitations that I now have to live with. I own no tractors but my Dad is going to sell me a John Deere 730 as soon as I can come up with the money which in reality means that I might see the tractor just before I die. Anyway, I am hoping to gain some insight and knowledge from this forum. Sorry to sound so bitter, i am just sick of relying on the government for my income. The VA is constantly taking with little give. Just frustrated!!

Welcome aboard. Best wishes. At 2:19 am, you posted a thread stating that you were looking for a wide front end for your John Deere 730. At 2:36 am, you stated in this post that you are wanting a JD 730. Do you presently own this tractor?

Upon your discharge from the military, did you receive paperwork that declared you to be 100% disabled due to injuries or complications relating to your military service? If so, there are many benefits that are available to you. There may be a long back log list. This may take some time. Just a thought. Was your discharge recent? Best wishes.

Yeah, I have gone through the entire process. The VA just keeps coming up with ways to deny me benefits and taking money back. My daughter is a freshman in college and when she applied for benefits, she was denied because the VA said I had some appointment in 2014!!!! What a load of hockey!!! It is stuff like that that I have to deal with constantly. It gets old!!!! I am now trying to live on what I have left and it is so tight, we are reduced to skipping meals just to make ends meet.

Hello, let me say thank you for your service to our country and a warm welcome to TractorbyNet. I really pray whoever is elected in November does more for our combat wounded soldiers and their families. I wish you well with your in-devours. What is the limits to your disabilities. Will you be able to use a tractor without modifacation?
