Hi all Name is Carl in Edes Falls,ME I have a 1960 IH460U gas with a WainRoy backhoe and a IH 3000 loader, Have reconstructed the power steering box un welded and repositioned the steering arms on the spindles,put new shifting pins in the fast reverser. going to put new 'o' rings in the rear axles tomorrow,so first question "Just take out the center bolt,slide the wheel off replace the "o"ring and reassemble in reverse order,or take the wheel off the hub first then proceed as above??"
