well I decided to join after lurking for a year. I know most of you run smaller stuff but maybe I can give a little input as I have been a mechanic for over 35 years mostly automotive and lately some heavy equipment along with running it. I am in ne tenn 7months of the year on 21 acre's. since coming up here I have run and helped keep running a td 15 dozer, komotsu d31 dozer, case 880 excavator, case 580 backhoe, john deere 540 skidder and a hanex 580 excavator. projects have been anything from septic systems ( mine and others ) to land cleanup and ponds.
