New member, new purchaser

Shortly to move from the outskirts of Melbourne Australia having retired to a rural 12 acres in north wets Victoria and about to purchase a new tractor/slasher/4in1 and hole borer. Narrowed down to an LX450 Yanmar (45HP) or a Mahindra 5035 (50 HP) any comments?

If it were me, I would base a percentage in regards to my decision, on the distance between the dealerships. Just my thoughts. BTW, Welcome aboard and Best Wishes.
