New Member needs help changing blades on Frontier RC 2048 rotary cutter

Greetings: I am a tractor newbie with a John Deere 955 that came with a FEL, 72" belly mower and a Frontier RC 2048 rotary cutter. I'm trying to replace the blades on the cutter, but the bolts holding the blades seem to be fixed in place somehow. I would be very grateful for advice on how to get the bolts out of the drum.
