We are waiting to close on 10 acres in North Central Texas, 7 of which are heavily wooded. My grandfather had a MF 135 that I pretty much learned how to drive on and how to back a trailer. I know I am going to need some kind of tractor for this new property, just haven't been able to decide what I want. I haven't even been able to decide if I want something old or buy new.

Hey Jeffrey. welcome to the forum from Oklahoma. A MF 135 is a good tractor to consider, lots of them out there, both gas and diesel.

Massey 135s are great tractors, they will run forever, but add a ROPS to it. Probably canopy too if you have so much wooded land.

Welcome from East Texas. TBN will for sure help you with your questions in your search for a tractor. Good luck and be safe.
