New Member First Tractor Purchase Mahindra 1816 or New Holland TZ25DA?

Looking for some advice on which tractor to purchase. I plan on using it to spread loam, plow small driveway and use forks (with spade attachment for small digging jobs). I found 2 tractors that are in my price range. Neither of them will budge on price but it looks like a fair deal for either:

1) 2009 Mahindra 1618 HST, 18HP, 430 hours, comes with 60" Taylor Way Box Blade (which I have no use for) $7500

2) 2006 New Holland TZ25DA, 25HP, 418 Hours (no attachments) $8500

I think I want to go with the higher HP so I can get better potential future use out of the PTO because the Mahindra has around 13HP to the PTO while the New Holland gets 19HP I believe... I just want to see if one is more overpriced than the other or if they are both fair deals?

The dog goes CRAZY when I operate anything with a motor or engine haha. Believe it or not it was the wife that 吐orced me to buy a tractor. She was sick of watching me wheelbarrow loam, sand, stone, clay, etc for the past 4 years.
