Very Nice looking unit but No Power Factor Correction? Get used to blowing breakers on 115v. I really like the looks though.. I'll try one out at Fab-Tech..

Inverters usualy have a high power factor, so no power factor corection is needed.

Does it? Or do they mean that it has a high power factor, and they say it has PFC because thats what people look for.

I guess that it doesn't mater how the power factor gets there (close to 1.0).

I just bought a 180 Dual in August, hind sight is 20/20, but could have had the 210 for close to the same money.

They are advertising "new lower prices" for their 140C, so I figure they 180 isn't far behind. I think that may also mean they have a new country of origin for manufacture...just a guess though.

I figured the same thing, but I heard a rumor that even the new power mig will be built in Mexico like the rest of their small machines.
