I spoke with the Kubota tech rep today and he said that the BX 23 was basically unchanged from the BX 22. The differences were only cosmetic with a new engine surround and hood. The BX 2230 now has an optional cruise control, but it is not available on the BX 23. I asked about it being offered as a "accessory" item rather than as a factory installed item and he informed me that it was quite complicated and he didn't think that it would be offered as an add on for dealer installs. The link that you provided, doesn't picture the new models yet, but does have the new information. The BX 23 pictured looks just like the BX 22. Thanks for posting the link.......

The picture of the BX23 is actually still an old picture of the BX22. One nice improvement with regards to cosmetics and the hood is that the headlights have been improved for better night time visibility. Also, the hood latch has been improved to work consitantly. They should be nice units.

Saw a couple of BX23's at Byrd Tractor in Manassas, VA yesterday if anyone is interested. Didn't take a close look but did notice the FEL control was a bit different to include a rubber boot? Don't know if they are sold or not, I was there checking on my Woods PTO Chipper for my BX22 to see if it was in yet, lot of work to do when it gets here!

Going to pick up the chipper this morning, arrived late yesterday. I figure I can use the BX22 FEL to get it off my pickup, will try to post pictures this weekend.

Started a post a few days back under attachment, titled "BX22 and Woods Chipper".

So far so good, no pictures yet as I spent the last few days shredding leaves with my old shredder-- wanted to get done before the rain hit.

Hope to get back out and start clearing up a lot of fallen branches this weekend and will try to post a picture or two.
