New Kid on the Block

Hi Y'all from Central texas,
I am a new kid on the block and I am purchasing a small parcel, (8 acres) which needs much clean up, etc.
My budget dictates that I stay in the "gray market" area and Yanmar seems to be the winner as far as parts availability. I have my eye on a YM1810D. Any known problems with this model? I will be getting a loader and brush hog. Any info will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
