Didn't mean to imply that at all.
But I did mean to say "if one isn't knowledgable and mechanically inclined enough to figure it out, then in my opinion, he shouldn't have it disconnected".
From your post, you shouldn't disconnect yours. I traced the mechanical linkage back and adjusted the switch so it didn't activate when pressing the reverse pedal. Yours isn't any different. If you mess with the PTO switch, you will mess up a lot of other things as well. Now, go figure and getRdun.
