Nice looking setup and congrats! That last pic, though, looks rather ominous. Looks like it could spin up a few twisters.

Since I bought the machine I did not remove the ballast box. I tightened the turnbuckles right down as you can see in the photograph. Also note that in that photograph you can see where the linkage actually scraped up the side of the 3 pt arm. So when I went over the mound of dirt, it swung so far to the right that the linkage dropped, then of course it came swinging back....SNAP!!! I have adjusted the turnbuckles now so hopefully it's all good. Tried the boxblade this morning.......too wet

The front grill guard is tight on my 2210 and I have left it that way. Not only is it a great workout to fold it down for battery access but it also never rattles. ..
The lift tab for the mower deck was a stupid design. I notice on Case IH tractors the lift tab is upside down "U" shaped. I had a problem with my tab slipping past the lift arm when I first got the tractor. Called the dealer and he said he forgot to give me the spacer bar to hold the arms apart and he was embarassed about it and I was disillusioned by Deere's poor design. I solved the problem with getting Imatch so I can just leave the dam turnbuckles tight and not monkey with them. So in short if that tab slips tighten your turnbuckles!
the pic of your lift tab looks normal to me ... may be a matter of the weight of the box is so much that any movement at all is enough. Is there space to insert machine washers on the outiside of the box to spread the arms slightly?
