New Holland Work master 75 3 point comes down to slow

This is my first time posting but I thought I would give it a try. My tractor 3 point takes about 30 seconds to go down and thats with a load. I know most tractors have a speed setting knob for that but this tractor does not. The New Holland dealer is trying to figure it out but no luck yet.

Are you sure it doesn't' have a lever under the seat that you rotate left or right to adjust the 3 pt drop speed? I'm seeing one on some online pictures, close to the floor board.

Picture or logo above that lever makes me think it is the differential lock? I certainly could be wrong.

There is no adjustment on that tractor for that. Heavier implements will move faster. Sorry.

That is the diff lock. There is no manual adjustment for the drop rate. Mine drops pretty fast with a load on it.
