New Holland TN65 3 point hitch does not move

Have a New Holland TN65. Had a very small leak and over time the hydraulic fluid went out. Just filled it 2 days prior and thought the small leak would not be a problem. 3 point would not lift my box blade or go down. Had to add 5 gallons of hydraulic but that did not help. It is still not working. Looks like a external pump and the hydraulic steering is working fine. No pressure on the remotes either.
Had a problem about a month ago when the 3 point would not lower or lowered very slowly. Discovered a cable adjustment that cured that. Now I don't know what the problem is. Hope someone can ive me some ideas.
