New Holland TN-75
I have a New Holland TN-75 we were having an issue with it blowing the starter safety switch fuse for about 2 weeks. We then were supposed to get a decent amount of snow so we put the tractor in the barn the night before. Luckily the snow was like 5" and not like they said because when i went to get the tractor the fuse popped as soon as i turned the key like usual. I put another 5 amp fuse in and when i went to start the tractor it popped again. Okay another fuse and put another 5 amp in. Well this time it wouldn't even turn over, no crack, no nothing. The fuse was fine I took the fuse out and tried another to see if the fuse was faulty. I went through 10 fuses and still had nothing. it has power to the ignition(key), power flows through the ignition and there's power to the starter. I've replaced the starter relay, ignition (with one from auto zone). The tractor is able to be be jump at the starter and will run.

I few things I have taken notice to for a while but not really worried about are: The power-shuttle error code light on the dash is flashing, it does 5 really fast and then 5 slower flashes and then 1 single. So it has a 51 code. I've read that it is something to do with the trans temp sensor malfunctioning or not working. Can that cause the no crank no start. Another is sometimes not always when you go to put the shuttle shift in either forward or reverse the tractor will not move and the trans disabled indication light come one and flashes on off on off. You sometimes can push the clutch in and it will then move again. But 9 out of 10 it must be shut off and restarted then the shuttle shift will engage. It also seems like it it a lot harder to start the tractor lately. As in it kills the battery very easily if it is cold out and the tractor cracks over some. It really draws on the battery, i had it hooked up to watch the volts and on draw of the starter it hits down to like 9 volts. The battery is a 1 year old interstate deep cell battery. test fine and will start any vehicle on the farm on its own. So debating if the starter is the problem, that its drawing to much power and shorting things out.

I know that the starter safety fuse has to do with the switches like the clutch switch for starting the tractor, the neutral safety switch on the shuttle shift, and the PTO switch. The PTO switch i don't believe to be the problem since the light is not on for the PTO. I've tried jumpering over the clutch safety switch but had no progress with that. I've been told you can't jumper of the neutral safety switch in the shuttle shift but I'm not sure.
