new holland tc45da with 16la loader, loader seems weak

I have been thinking my loader feels weak for awhile, today I was talking to a neighbor with a similair tractor and he said if he gets to much weight on the loader it will lift his back end off the ground, my tractor if I put a lot of weight on the loader it does nothing, front end doesn't go down etc. if I put a decent amount of weight on 3pt hitch (pulling out stump etc) it squats the rear end down and puts serious power into it. the front end loader today i tried to pull out a 4x4 maybe 3ft deep in the ground, relatively soft sandy soil and it wouldn't come, I had to rock it back and forth first. I then tried to pull out small stump, front end loader did nothing, spun it aroung hooked up chain to my plow on 3pt and ripped it out like nothing. am I expecting to much from the loader or do I have an issue? I was moving some dirt for my grandmother with the bucket, when the bucket bit in good it did not want to pull it self out, and a full scoop of dirt was close to max it could carry I think

also my bucket "curl" sags sometimes, sometimes its is really bad, sometimes it doesn't seem to sag at all.

I've not experienced any issues with my TC40DA loader. I suspect there may be an issue, but don't have the knowledge to help. There is lots of great information on our tractors, much of it provided by the late Jim Inman (jinman). You should search the New Holland forums, using the advance feature.
