New Holland TC40

I have a NH TC40. It has no dash Lights when I put the switch in ACC. I checked the ignition switch and jumped it out. I removed the fuse block and all of the fuses to check voltage coming in. When I place it ACC I have voltage on the wire coming from the switch and when I started placing switches in the voltage drops. With switch 3 in I have full voltage but with fuse 1,2,4,5 the voltage drops. Any suggestions?
