Things only break when you need them the most. Was using my machine and hydraulic fluid began shooting out from under the hood. Upon inspection I found a rubber hose going to the hydraulic oil cooler had split leaving about 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid on the ground. The hose replacement was easy. With no New Holland Dealer close by and needing to get this show on the road in a hurry I purchased 5 gallons of 32AW hydraulic fluid from the local Autozone. Filled up the resovoir, checked the dipstick and fired up the tractor. Moved forward and back as the transmission is fed by the same hyd pump. Took a little while to get the front bucket to function properly but it did. Got on the rear seat and tried the backhoe controls---NOTHING moved. Rechecked dipstick--its fine. Also Did not hear the hydraulic pump sucking when I tried the rear backhoe controls. Its been 2 days since my EVENT and tried numerous times to get the backhoe working and nothing will budge. Would be most appreciative and welcome any suggestions....... Thanks
