Ok I'm not familiar with your model of tractors AC system but most AC systems are similar. If dealer replaced a part in ceiling of cab I'd guess replaced part was relay. One easy thing to do is install manual coolant shut off valve in heater hose. Coolant control valves on tractors with a cab have a long history of leaking coolant through shut off area. Is radiator, condensor, evaporater, cab filters very clean? With ign switch & AC switch in on position check for voltage with VOM or test light on AC clutch engagement wire. If no voltage is present on AC clutch wire with both switches in on position then briefly connect a wire from battery positive post to AC clutch wire & listen for "click of compressor clutch". If clutch will engage the next thing you will need AC gauges to be attached too determine if AC system has correct amount of refrigerant.
