New Holland T1030 H.P.L. lever

The H.P.L. lever seems to have become unconnected. I don't think it's a hydraulic problem, but did not know which form to ask in. When I started to cut grass everything was fine, I could rise and lower my deck. Then I found the H.P.L. lever was just flopping around, it would stay down or up but would not center itself. Since I cannot put it in the up position I can not adjust my mower height and the deck will not go up or down, it just stays in the last position I had it. Any ideas would help.

What is the H.P.L. lever ?

The H.P.L. lever is on the right side next to the yellow handled clutch lever. It is used to raise and lower the mower deck.
