If you are like me and do not have the service manual for your equipment here is the nest best thing. I'm sure other may have already ran across this but for those who have not go to:

Parts and Service

Then click on "Search for parts" at the botton-center of the page. I have found that you can not go directly to the search page as it errors out. Enter your model number and enjoy the exploded views and part numbers on almost every system on your equipment.

Anyone know where I could get an affordable service manual for '99 TC25D?

I went to that page and did not see the Search for Parts box? Did I do something wrong or is the link wrong?

It's located directly under the No payments, no interest until March 1 2007

which brings you to this page

I wanted to be able to view these diagrams without being online and going to the CHN web page. I have found that these diagrams can not be saved via Internet Explorer as a .htm .html or .mht files, but they can be printed. The easiest way I have found to save them as files is to use a print to pdf driver which creates a pdf file when you print to a virtual printer on your PC. I download the program for free from Free PDF Converter - create high-quality PDF from any printable file type. Then open the view you want and print to the primopdf printer on you pc and it creates the pdf file of the page needed. Just have to use unique file name for each. I use the factory document name from the particual view by copying it from the page and pasting it into the pdf printers filename in the dialog box that pops up when printing. Change any slashes and quotation marks to underlines as they are not valid file name characters. These files can be saved to your pc. I put then on my USB memory stick so I can take them with me. They can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. This may need to be installed before the print to PDF will work. I also set the PDF printer to preepress as it embeds as fonts needed into the file it creates. Hope this helps.
