- new holland TC35d
We purchased a new 2001 TC 35D Tractor from Capital Tractor Latham NY. We use it on a small farm mostly for brush hogging and rototilling. I have performed all service and maintenance per the manual. To date the tractor only has 717 hrs on it, and has always been stored inside. As of last week I had to purchase my 3RD HYDRAULIC OIL COOLER. (almost $300) Every couple of years it starts leaking in the fins. This is the only part I have had to replace on this tractor. The service and parts dept admitted that NH had a problem with this part. The first replacement I bought was supposed to be the "updated cooler", oh yeah I also had to buy the new "updated" hoses and fittings. Well I have had to buy 2 more since then. NEW HOLLAND will not do anything about it. They keep penalizing me for not breaking it again within the 1 year warranty. I complained to Customer Service Regional Dept. They gave me a case number blah, blah. Bottom line once again they leave me high and dry and I had to purchase a 3rd oil cooler, along with a filter and another gallon of fluid. How many of these should I have to buy. They made a comment of "how do we know you put it on correctly". That's fine but can't explain the first failure cooler which was installed at the factory.
If you like customer service and support like this then buy a NEW HOLLAND.
