Hi, when I bought my T2310 I got talked into a tractorsunshade.com unit instead of the NH brand. I don't like it because I believe it is somewhat smaller than the NH unit.

Could someone please measure their New Holland Canopy for this series tractor (TC40- T2310- Boomer 3040) and let me know what the length and width are?

Thanks, in advance, for your efforts!:)

I have two tractors with canopies:

New Holland TC-45D - came from dealer with canopy. No markings so I don't know who makes it. It's some type of acrylic or polycarbonate, not fiberglass. 50.5 inches wide by 65 inches long.

Kubota M5400 - I bought from dealer and installed myself. No markings. it is fiberglass. 50 inches wide by 65 inches long.

In pic below the canopy is off the New Holland because "somebody" ran it into a tree limb and broke the corner off. Dummy............ ( wonder who did that?)

Hope this helps.

Thanks for checking on the size Mark!

The one that they put on the T2310 is smaller: 45"x58". They should have used the larger model. It is a tractor sunshade and is a great quality unit. The thing that irritates me is that the water rolls off all over the instrument panel because it is shorter. Well, I'll have to see what I can do.

Worst case scenario, I'll have to develop a tractor tonneau cover for the operating platform that will cover all the controls and electricals to protect them from the sun and rain. I've got a small upholstery shop and I'm retired so I may make a project out of the situation.:D

Hey, I was doing some clearing and I had a small tree fall back and hit the sunshade and I thought, "Boy am I glad that was there, it would have been my head that would have been hit, otherwise". Later I had a broken tree limb come right for me and it hit the sunshade, again. That one was coming for my eye!

I wouldn't think of being without the sunshade, it is definitely a safety thing!:)

In my best Elvis impersonation "Thank you ....Thank You.... veery muuuch"

That picture was actually taken for a question about brand loyalty. My response was "A picture is worth a thousand words" with the pic above attached.

if it wasn't damage I would have ask the Dealer to have swapped it with the correct one.
wow your lucky trees are dangerous I busted my headlight trying to remove a tree and she uprooted out of the ground hitting my light.

You're not kidding about trees being dangerous! Actually, the trees didn't even mark the canopy, at all. I must have too many coats of wax on it!:D

Sorry to hear about your headlight! I added the grill protector, at the last minute, and I'm glad that I did. I also had the dealer weld heavy mesh in the center. I figured that even though the grill protector is ridiculously expensive, the actual grill parts probably cost a lot more!

Hematite,

That grill looks real nice.
I thought I was supposed to have one when I bought my tractor because it said on the receipt Deluxe dress --well I call the dealer my only issue with them and was told it doesn't include it, they wanted $250. for it I never order it wish I did it would have save me, but after seeing yours which looks a lot better i don't feel so bad.

I have to get that one do you have a part number?
what does deluxe mean??
