New Holland 2021 Battery Replacement

I need to replace the battery in a model 2021 New Holland Tractor. What is the easiest way to access and remove the old battery? It appears the hood will possibly have to be removed, unless there is another way. I am not familiar with this tractor, so needing some advice how to proceed so I can get this tractor running.

I'm not familiar with the New Holland 2021 model number, but if it's the model 2120, you should have easy access to the battery when you unlatch the hood and open the hood forward to access the battery compartment in front of the radiator. Don't rely only on the built-in prop bar to hold the hood open; add an extra prop because the built-in can easily slip loose and smash you. The last battery replacement for my New Holland 1920 (about 18 months ago) required me to sawzall the positive post off of the old battery because the red cable end was 'welded' to the post. It destroyed the old battery but was better than cutting and replacing the cable. I used a Walmart Everstart 24F (750 CCA) battery and it has provided good service so far.
