Welcome from Kitsap. WA bunch keeps growing. Are you on your second career or just enjoying retirement? Being a retired Seabee, construction has been my game all my life. Currently remodeling our master bath. Went from E1 to UTC then Warrant W4. Tractoring is just a hobby now. So where do your military proclivities lie other than E9?

I just retired from my 2nd career. I have 5 acres of mostly woods, so lots of things to play with on the new tractor. I was a MMCM, never stationed at Whidbey, moved here after retirement.

This is a great site lots of expertise in all phases of tractoring and life , I Spent from 1979-1983 in Seattle area worked for Lockeed ship repair on dry docks , worked on Polar Star , Navy Ships and SEA Barges AS a rigger , then traveled around State of Washington building pole barnes. And traveled around State on traveling compitition slow pitch softball team out of Renton Wa , I always wished I could move back Beautiful country , please excuse the rambleing good memories and always so green Enjoy the site I do Nor Cal Dan

MC, I have always liked the Whidbey area. Worked on several Navy projects up there and stayed during the week using the Transient Quarters. I had 21 AC down here for several years but it got too much for my wife and I as we got older. Now being close to good medical care is primary. Stayed away from military medical and use TC for Life and it works well.

In the past my wife said 5 acres is too much as we age. But now she's talking about trying to buy the vacant 5 acres next to us.

Another welcome from Kitsap County WA. Whidbey Island is a cool place, I always liked the Coupeville area but there are many cool areas on that island.
