Bought my B2630 last summer w/o a backhoe, so I have no idea where/how hydraulic-powered rear implements are hooked up to the tractor hydraulics. Now I'm interested in buying a Shaver PD8 post driver w/ 3-point attachment. Would someone be kind enough to explain to me how this will get hooked up to my tractor's hydraulics? Will I need to take the tractor back into the dealer (50 miles away!!!) to get some hydraulic gizmo attached? I'm not nearly as ignorant as this question makes me sound...I'm a dang good shade-tree mechanic when it comes to diesel engines and general truck/car stuff, it just happens that I don't know beans about hydraulics....or tractors.....

Generally speaking...you need rear remote hyd. couplers installed to power a BH or other hyd. implements. Something you may be able to do yourself, I have never done it. You may be able to jimmy rig some connections to the FEL.

Thanks, curtis. Is this a kit one can buy from Kubota (or elsewhere)?
