Own small 73 acre farm but don't farm it. Our neighbor does the planting and harvesting. Just do the basic property care items with 3 Cub Cadet Tractors.

CC1872 for small work
CC 7274 W/ back how/front loader/finish mower/brush hog
a couple of Craftsman 18 HP twins for grass cutting

Another trick to make it easier to keep up with your activity on the website is in the toolbar at the top of the page. It's the "My Home" icon. If you click on it now you will see any thread that you posted to that's had activity since you last checked. Let's you keep up with several discussions at once more rapidly than hunting them up in the various forums. Another icon in that toolbar that's very useful is "New Posts". Click on that and you will see all new posts since you last logged in. Again, saves you from having to dig thru all the various forums to keep up.
