New England owners?

Hi folks.

Anyone here in the New England area? I'm in the market for a subcompact but there are no RK dealers here.
So I'm curious if anyone has had one shipped out and how factory warranty maintenance is done on it.

I believe that Chappell tractor (3 locations) in NH is the largest TYM dealer in New England.
