New \'bota soon!
3 days and counting to a new L3710 - can't wait. The old Farmall just doesn't cut it any more. I tested the NH TC40D and the L3710 (both with HST) and have got to admit the orange has it all over the blue for smooth action in the loader and the hydro. Would be nice if Kubota worked in some of those blue features like the semi-swivel seat, better loader mechanism and the hi/low shift on the loader. Try as I might I couldn't get repeatable simultaneous action on the NH loader (i.e. lift and curl the bucket at the same time). Also plan to be working in the woods quite a bit and did have some real concerns about a plastic nose. 'Botas lower CG and metal snout are fine with me. Forum's been a great help. Anybody interested in a Farmall Super C with a trip bucket and wide front end?
Restoring an old connected farm-house and barn (as time permits). Big old place that needs a bit of TLC - as do the fields and orchard. This could take a while.
