I just ordered my first tractor! Now I know excited everyone else has been when when they bought theirs.

It should be here by this Saturday.

Here's what I ordered:
4300 hydro, R-4's, 430 loader w/60"HD bucket, Folding ROPS, DSCV, power beyond, telescoping draft links, rear work light, 47 hoe w/24" bucket, Frontier 60" finish mower, Frontier 6' rear blade, Frontier 6' landscape rake, and a 65" Multivator tiller ZV1.65. I've never heard of Multivator, but it was a $2400 tiller for $1600, so...

I got the whole package for $29,161, and I got them to throw in a JD61 self-propelled push mower (about $450 list).

I'm glad they'll have it ready in 2-3 days, 'cause I can't wait.

You forgot the cup holder. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
Sounds like a great setup and I am sure you will enjoy it doing the work instead of you. Have fun.

Butzkeg - I've had a 4300 for a year now. No problems and runs great. You're goin' love! BTW don't let the dealer forget your free JD cap. :)

That sure sounds like a great deal. As I understand it the power beyond kit is a beefed up rear hydraulic setup to handle the high hydraulic load of the hoe. Enjoy your new toy oops I mean tool./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

That's my understanding of the power beyond as well. I'll also use it for a JD 3pt/hydrolic log splitter me grandpa still has.

I just have to figure out what project to start first, at least after my kids get enough ride time in.

They still don't have my Deere ready yet! This is turning into a long waiting game... should be another day or 2.

I guess they have everything they need except for 1 bracket for the hoe. It's the only thing holding up the process.

The weather should hold off long enough for me 1/2 of my back yard prepared and seeded so I have a yard in the spring.
