I have had my 3820 now for a month. Great tractor for the money. My only complaints are 1. Noisy injectors under 2000 RPMs - might try some conditioner in the fuel. #2. Difficult to engage 4wd - must get tractor moving slightly to engage/diengage & even then it is difficult. #3. Shuttle shift is real stiff but getting better.
The only regret I have is I wish I would have purchased the backhoe also. My machine has almost 70 hours now. The FEL is not a Branson - I think it is a
Century - looks a little beefier than a Branson & has a better disconnect system. I believe the dealer said it was interchangeable with a Bobcat attachment.
I researched & looked at all other compact tractors and decided on the Branson because it seemed to be a heavier built machine. So far I am extremely pleased. I also own a Yanmar 2002 but it will probably be sold since the Branson can do everything better. I currenly have a 6" first choice finish mower, 2 - 6" blades, and a 4' bush hog (used it with the Yanmar now I need a 5" for the Branson). Sorry - digitsl camera is missing in action - two teenage daughters probably holding it hostage. Thanks for the forum!
