Hey guys, i stubbled across a pre-emissions 2014 Deere 5075E with the 2.9 power tech engine. Its mechanical injection though a BD4 pump..
I like the tractor, it has a/c  Its GUTLESS, in the 540E pro mode it will hardly even run a 6' rotary in light field grass... It is pretty strong unless it you let it get under 2000 or so RPM and its like it just De-fuels and takes a SHH-IT.. NO smoke at all, My deere 5400 has exact same engine and pump and is a power house, at least when it is running at 1600 or so RPM i can hit the gas and it actually responds..... This 5075 1600 rpm, you can floor it and hardly notice anything at all... most gutless tractor I've ever owned, unless its 2200-2400 its not mowing, bog it below that you have two options. Stop, or shut off mower because pump won't fuel it enough to pick back up sometimes and just boggs and hangs at 1000-1200 rpm, again not a bit of smoke...
Its brand new, has 3.2 hours, yes i changed fuel filter for ***** and giggles
