Hello Folks
Was hoping to get some feedback on what I bought. I did quite a bit of research? Spent about a month considering used tractors but finally settled on the 3005, I don`t get it for 3-5 weeks. I had arranged with the dealer for the 2008 3203 hydro 4 by 4 with loader, but got a call the next day saying he gave me wrong price(I believe it was honest mistake on his part ?)
Anyway,it put the vehicle with tax and delivery just over 20,000, so I said no thanks, the price was quoted at 18,500 shipped with taxes, (dealer is 300 miles north,so this all over the phone)
So what he offered me was the 2008 JD 3005 with 300 loader, ballist box,4 wheel drive, non hydro for 17,650 bucks Canadian delivered including taxes, also block heater and couple small things I forget at moment. It beat all other quotes by 1000 and more.
Have not been able to find a picture of the 3005 other than a forum I came across where the guy stood so close to the machine that it was hard to see. JD.COM has no picture of 3005 for some reason, have done about 50 googles with no luck, I guess it is just the same as the 790.
thanks for listening, feedback would be nice
