I just purchased an 1532 with loader and gear transmission. I will use the loader occasionally on odd jobs around the farm. Mostly I will be mowing grass and bush hogging. Am I going to regret not getting the syncro shuttle transmission.
I read this tread yesterday and it bothered me then and still bothers me. It is not the tread itself it痴 the fact that you say your going to regret not getting the syncro shuttle transmission or more importantly not following your gut. In my experience if I think I知 settling and have concerns initially then I am never truly happy.
My two cents, cancel the purchase and get what you want. NO REGRETS
Yeah I appreciate it. i woke up this morning and called the dealer and canceled my order and got the syncroshuttle trans. I feel alot better now. I was trying to save $1000 by getting the standard trans. But after talking to sevaral people they all advise me to go through with the SS trans. I am old school and I know the standard trans has been around for a long time. Im just kind of leary every time something new comes out.
Linefuse, congrats on your purchase...the 1532 is a baddd mamajamma. I spent a long time tryin' to decide between the 1528, 1531, 1532, and the 1533. Ended up with the 1531 for various reasons and have absolutely no regrets. And I agree, go with the shuttle over the gear.
You will love the syncroshuttle trans, just got home and unloaded my 1532 after giving it it's first workout. 10 hours on the meter when I loaded it up to head home from the farm.
