Inherited a 1956 Ferguson from a nephew who is deceased. The tractor has gear oil coming out of the steering column and makes quite a mess. Does anyone know how to repair the leak? Also does anyone know the color scheme for this tractor? I would like to restore if possible.

Check out yesterdaystractors.com, they have a "kit" to fix this very issue. Likely that the seal at the top of the shaft is shagged or has worn a groove in the shaft.
