Neighbor Fence On My Land

I do plan on having that line surveyed. There are numerous markers on this line but due to the terrain, I want one more marker on the tip top of the hill. With the fence down though, all will be back the way it should be. He's not sure when he is putting fence back up in correct location.

A quick update. I found the original surveyor and had him come out. Nice guy. We shot the entire line. Turns out, the neighbors fence was over further than he thought. Glad we fixed that line. While I was waiting, I found my other neighbor had cut down a tree I thought was mine. So, I had that line surveyed too and put two more pins in. That guy was real pissed off when he found out that the line was right next to his driveway. He lost about 20 feet of yard. At least I have my property all set now.

I'm short changed on property too... Neighor built a nice board fence just where dad told him too (Dad's long gone). I'm not going to move any fence at my age!
