I may have a hard time explaining this but here goes.. I need to remove the backhoe from my machine so as to move the tractor into my shop for a motor rebuild. I will have to run the tractor with the hydraulic hoses removed from the backhoe hydraulic bank of valves and was needing to know how to re-route the hoses to do this. It has 3 hoses coming from the tractor side that will have to be removed from the backhoe bank of valves. Pump Pressure hose from the pump, Power beyond hose going to front loader valve, and the return (sump) hose. In the picture you can see 2 hoses on the left and 1 hose on the far right. Left top hose is the Sump hose, left bottom hose is the Power Beyond hose, and the far right hose is the Pump Pressure hose. My question is do I connect the power beyond and the pump pressure hose together and cap off the sump hose. This would allow the front loader to still operate and this also operates my steering and hydraulic brakes. The machine is an International 260A backhoe. I won't be adding or changing anything just removing the backhoe temporarily and will mount it back on (one of these days or years) after the rebuild. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
