Need to sell my new L3130

My wife and I were approached by a realtor about our 12 acre parcel. He had a buyer that was interested in purchasing it at a sum that we couldn't refuse /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif. Well needless to say, we don't need the L3130 w/L723 loader and I'm going to sell it. I'll try eBay and the local market but seeing that it's only a year old w/42 hours I'm afraid I'll take a beating /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. If I can get 16.5K for it I'll be happy. Does anyone know were I can get a used price cost for it. Machinerylink doesn't list the L3130. probably because it's new.

I would assume from your wording that the price of the property sale would already make up for any of the other associated inconveniences.

See if the new owner of the property would like to buy a newer tractor already on the site, or raise the price of the property if the deal has not been negoiated to completion.

You might have trouble do to the low interest rates from Kubota on new tractors and the closeness to new price. Just wish you luck and success.
