need some help

Hi evreyone,got my tractor ck20 hst yesterday and the company who delivered it is sending over there personal today that knows kioti tractors to show me how to work it,Da!!!!!!!!!!,My manual was lost to this tractor ,probably at one of the fairs it went to in the past and I will not recieve one until next week sometime,so my question to the group 1) is there a breaken period?(mine has 7.8 hours)Were is the hydralic fuel checker stick?,what range(high vs. low ) and rpms do I do fel and box work?and is there anything to watch out for(I know about the fel crack problem and I have already ordered a retro kit from kioti for the fel.Thanks to all ,,Harry

For my ck30 hst break-in is 50 hrs. Then you change all filters and fuilds. The hydraulic dip stick should be located in the rear . By the way did you have to pay for the retro fit for the fel.

Most work is done in low range, in the 40 hours I've put on mine the only time I've used high is to move the tractor from point A to point B. My dealer recommended not running full throttle for the first 50 hours and IIRC the manual backs that up. For the first 25 hours I ran it below 2200, trying to vary engine speeds periodically. The last job I used it on (I do some commercial work) I was doing FEL and box scraper work and ran it around 2500-2600.

The hydraulic dip stick should be located in the rear .

On the CK20 the hydraulic fluid dipstick is next to your left heel as you sit in the seat. It is a short dipstick next to the differential lock pedal.

thnaks to all that has replied to my post, it was a big help I did not get to do any work on the tractor yet but hope to work on it tomorrow.. by to all , ps I know I owe you guys pic's ,not to worry ,soon...Harry
