Need Some Advice

I was looking at buying a CUT. Brand doesnt matter but i need a loader and a BH. Going to be doing some landscaping around the house. I was thinking around 10k if possible. All the dealers are relatively close so that shouldnt be a factor.

Unless you go with a new Chinese tractor, and I doubt you'll get all of that even then, you're going to find it hard to find new for that price. Backhoes generally start around $4K and up alone. Loaders from around $1500.
You may want to try to find a good used machine, but good ones are hard to find, and often not a whole lot less than new with good fincancing rates.
You could go with a Kubota BX23 for around $15,500 or so, I think, and that comes with FEL and BH and you can also get a mid mount mower (MMM), but I believe that's extra. Been too long since I was looking to remember some of the models.
My wonderful CK20 Kioti with FEL, Backhoe and boxblade was $16,681 back then, with just the tractor price at about $9985. John

With your price range, you might want to check out the Jinmas (check with Northern Tool, Homier, etc). Jinma is sold under several brand names (Farm Pro, Nortrac, Jinma, etc) you may be able to find a 20hp unit with FEL for about $8500? But the backhoe will add a few thousand to that price.

another route is to look into an Almand or Terr-Trac tractor/loader. These machines are often gas powered, about the size of a Kubota BX23, sometimes used by rental companies etc. I have a local rental yard that always has one, upgrades every few years. Kohler 25hp twin, hydrostatic drive, with loader and a little hoe. No PTO and the hoe is not removable. A local dealer here in NY can always get decent Terra-Tracs for 8995, probably previous rentals. I have been tempted to get one myself - nice landscaping tool, and gas for easy starts in winter etc....
