Need purchasing advice on JD Z Trak R Series

I have almost 8 acres of varying terrain to quickly mow each week. Is JD the best and most durable brand to buy?

Oh yes, absolutely! But I may be a bit prejudice because they send me a retirement check every month. :drink:

I mow about the same. I use a z465. I like it. A little bumpy over the rough areas. But it faster the 2305 or 2320 with same size deck. I don't. Know if it's the cheapest or the best but it sure works great.

I have a 2012 John Deere Z655 for almost a year and am satisfied with it. I purchased a JD because of excellent local service. The other brands available, with the exception of Kubota, I would have to haul for at least 50 miles for service. A diesel Kubota z-turn was my first choice, but it was way above my budget.
