Need p/n for 5000 Ford PS hoses

I have a early 1968 5000 Ford gas with the 233 CI engine and SOS tranny that I have owned for 33 years that I have done almost nothing but maybe a starter and a set of rear tires. The other day one of the 2 hoses that go to the Power steering split in the metal tube area. I am blind and would have great difficulty looking up the part numbers. They should start with C5NE or something close but could someone please look up the 2 numbers so that I can order them and it would be much appreciated. Dave

Dave, is yours a 5100, straddle mount where you straddle the transmission or a 5200 flat deck which has a deck over the transmission? Also, is the steering reservoir part of the pump or is it above the pump under the hood?

You may be able to take the hose and tube to a local hydraulic shop to have a replacement fabricated.
