I am looking to purchase a bucket B1647 48" or B1648 54" ? any help would be greatly appreciated as the original one most likely will not make it through winter
I have no idea where you could find a bucket, but I'm curious. How old is that B7100? I bought a new one in 1995 and it had the B1630C loader with the 48" bucket. It was a nice little tractor, but I traded up to a B2710 with an LA401 loader and 54" bucket in 1999. This many years later, I don't know where you'll find a bucket; new or used.
Hello Bird i believe the tractor is a 1993 and it has been fantastic ! It has 1050 hours and works pretty much all the time on mowing, excavation, hauling logs, plowing snow etc.
member of the family and one of the best purchases i ever made! Second owner
Thank you and thats where i may end up it I cannot locate one The back of the bucket has a few see through holes so i will have to do a complete refurb but it is an option.
You may end up putting a skid steer quick attach on the loader arms so that you can use any bucket designed for use with the QA. Plus, you will be able to take the bucket off easily whenever you want.
The bucket on my B7100 got worn pretty thin[dented in] and the cutting edge was also worn out.
A new much heavier cutting edge was welded on and the bottom had a new plate bent to fit welded on. Most expensive part was the new cutting edge.:thumbsup:
The refurbished bucket was better than the original.
