Rotary Cutter Need info on Rollins Rotary Cutters

Anyone have any info on Rollins rotary cutters? My local dealer is selling them fairly inexpensively. Don't want to get something just based on price. Can't seem to find a web site for Rollins.

They want $590 for a 4' medium duty cutter.
