Need help with PTO clutch Deutz Allis 1918

I just installed a new PTO clutch on my Deutz Allis 1918. Since I did not pat attention when I took the old one off, I watched a video YouTube to see how tight to hold down the springs. The thing worked for about an hour. Then I shut the deck off and when I tried to turn it back on, nothing. The PTO light comes on in the dash, but the PTO does not engage. I tried to tighten the nuts up, thinking they may have back off, but still nothing. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Set the air gap at 12 thousands.
