Price Check Need help quick on JD5105 price

Local paper here advertises a JD5105 4WD, FEL, bushhog, 185 hrs for $20,000. Is it a good price? If not, what is a fair offer (good for me, OK for the seller)? I did the JD pricing for new and it's around $27,500 without the bushhog.

Sounds like a good price to me.
I just traded a 5205 in and got $21500. No loader and was FWA.
I think the price sounds fair.
The new price on my 5205 was like 23900
