Hi Everyone im a new member and really need your help i have a onan b43e 318 john deere, i had the motor taken down and had the machine shop deglaze cylinders and recut valves i put new rings back in and got it all to gether and started it up and if i move the throttle just and 1/8 of an inch it over revs real high i have tried to put the springs in the holes at different spots but no luck im almost positive i put the pin in the hole on the governor like the book said cause the test matched what the book said to do can any one tell me which holes the spring and throttle hook into i have had this apart before and didnt have this problem either
